Vineyard Designation
Open Gates Vineyard & Fruitland Valley Vineyard
Production Notes
A matrimony of two vineyard sites: Fruitland Valley Vineyard on Lake Roosevelt attributes to the more austere and delicate lighter notes creating a backbone of bright acidity. Open Gates Vineyard above the Wenatchee River contributes to the more robust and tropical notes. Fermented in separate lots in neutral french oak and blended into stainless steel after a long cool fermentation to preserve aromatics.
